We are pleased to support clubs, teams and charities by offering free-of-charge BYO tent space in the centre of the weekend’s action!

Each space is ~3m x 3m, allowing for a standard-sized pop-up marquee. The area is grass, and is a NO PEG ZONE. All legs of all marquees must be sufficiently weighted. Weights will be available, however we suggest you also bring your own. Clubs, teams and charities are allowed up to a combined space of 9m x 3m; or 3 standard-sized marquees. Bump-in and bump-out times must also be adhered to.

Once the below form is completed, submitted and approved, you will be notified by email that you’ve successfully gained a space.
